Nordstrom Anniversary Sale: Fall Shoe Favorites

Hello, friends!  How is your week going?  Are you getting in lots of good shopping? :)  One of my favorite things to shop for during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is perfect shoes for the fall!  I know, I know, it's so hard to think about fall and winter wear right now while it's still summer.  Trust me, I feel ya!  But, I can guarantee there are some good deals happening right now that are too good to pass up!  Shoes that we wear during fall and winter are typically more expensive, so it's a great idea to snag them while they're on sale! 

There are so many great shoes available right now during the #NSale.  Normally, they typically have a pretty good selection, but not this good!  I am 100% a bootie girl.  I will wear booties whenever I can, more than any other shoe when it's colder outside.  I snagged these on the first day of the sale, and I am in love!  The color is so perfect, and they will literally go with everything!  I also love the cut out details on the booties here and here.  I'm a sucker for the little details.  They're on sale for $99.90 (reg. $159.95).  Totally worth it!

If you're not quite ready to buy fall shoes yet (even though, I recommend you do!), there are some great options that you could wear right now!  I ordered these peep toe sandals, and they just came in yesterday!  They run true to size and are surprisingly super comfortable!  Right now, they are sold out in this color, but they are available in a navy color.  They are on sale for $79.90 (reg.$119.95).  I still wanted to include them on my roundup because a lot of times Nordstrom will restock items throughout the sale, especially when Public Access starts this Friday, August 22nd!  So, if these are something that you've had your eye on, make sure to keep checking back!  If I notice that they're back in stock, I'll make sure to share it on Instagram ASAP! There are so many great choices available right now!  I really would love to have these over the knee cognac boots, these cut out booties, and these!  They are all really great options for fall!  Go through your closet, figure out what you need the most, and shop away!  Remember, prices go back up August 7th!  So, think ahead, and get what you need!

NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE PICKS

It's here, everyone!  It's here!  Early Access for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale starts for all cardholders!  If you don't have a card and you're dying to shop the sale, click here to get signed up!  It doesn't take long, and for every dollar you spend, you earn points back to save you money on future purchases.  It's a great perk!  The sale itself lasts about three and a half weeks.  If you aren't able to shop in store, the great thing about Nordstrom is that they offer free returns AND free shipping!  If you would prefer to order online and pick up in the store, they offer that option as well!  Basically, everything you could ever want in a retailer!  

This is the perfect time to get so many fall staples at a discounted price!  I had the chance to shop the #NSale yesterday, and I loved every single second if it!  Be on the lookout for a review of the items I bought coming to the blog in the next few days!  I am so excited about them!  For now, check out what items caught my eye right away when I was browsing online.  This style board is LOADED with great finds!  Let me know what you think!

Yesterday, I was able to grab these booties that are such a perfect neutral color.  They run true to size and are comfortable!  Another favorite purchase of mine was this stripe shirt.  It's super casual, and I love how it looks tucked in in the front!  I've been waiting to find the perfect utility jacket and vest, so I made sure to snag these two up right away!

Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale Favorites

Happy Friday, everyone!

Hello!  I hope your week has been great!  I am basically in summer mode...already!  I took 2 naps this week, and they were both ah-mazing!  I needed to enjoy the relaxing time while I can before we load everything up and make the long drive to North Carolina!  Okay, really, it isn't that long, but when you're toting a moving truck with a car on a trailer and another car following behind (that's me), I'm assuming it'll seem pretty long!  I'm just hoping and praying we make it and get everything unloaded without any problems!  Cross your fingers for us!

I'm really excited about this weekend you guys!  Tomorrow, I get to see my family for the last time before I move.  I'm sure there'll be some tears, but I have to convince my mom that it's not going to be the last time that she sees me!  I'll still be a drive or a plane ride away! :) I am extra excited for Sunday because we are heading to Indianapolis for the Indy 500!  This will be our 3rd year going, and it has always been such a blast!  Okay, that's a lie.  The first year we went was miserable because we stayed overnight in a tent, and I hardly got any sleep.  This girl needs her sleep!  But last year was great!  Make sure to follow along on Snapchat for what I'm sure will be some amusing snaps! Hi friends!

How is your week going?  I've have such a productive spring break so far!  Well, basically I got my 3rd quarter grades completed and submitted and slept a lot.  That's what I call productive! ;) We are currently on our way to Raleigh, North Carolina!  I am so excited to get away for a few days and experience some warmer weather! (hopefully!)  It's supposed to rain a few days while we are there, but I'm crossing my fingers it doesn't rain the entire time. 

Have any advice of things we should make sure to do/see while we are there?  

I'm really excited to check out the city!  We thought about making the trip to the beach one of the days, but we will see!  I think on Saturday we are going to head to UNC to watch the Final Four game with all of the crazies!  It will definitely be an experience!       

There are so many great items out there that are perfect for the spring weather!  I wanted to round up some of my favorites, but didn't want to break the bank!  I'm a teacher, so I'm trying to be realistic here! :) I recently purchased this dress, and I love it!  It is so flowy, and the color is super vibrant!   These sunglasses are the perfect dupe for the popular Karen Walker sunglasses, and they are only $20!  I also love these heels that are only $35!  I'm not sure how comfortable they would be, but with that price they might be worth it!

How was your week?  It's been pretty crazy over here!  A week full of meetings, freezing cold weather, and Valentine's Day parties!  Do you have any fun Valentine's Day plans?  I think we are just going to keep it pretty low key and go grab some sushi with some friends! 

I've had quite a few items on my wish list for awhile now, and a lot of them are on sale!  I might just have to pull the trigger on a few of them!  If you couldn't tell, I'm having some major spring fever lately!  I am beyond over this cold, winter weather.  I am IN LOVE with these Steve Madden Wedge shoes!  I'm a sucker for a chunky heel, and these have my name written all over them! I've been looking for the perfect trench coat for quite some time.  I really want something bright colored for spring.  This one is perfect!  And I just love this bright pink color.
