How was your holiday?  I hope you were able to relax and spend time with the ones you love most like I was!  It was unusually warm for December this year, so it didn't quite feel like Christmas.  However, we were still able to enjoy the lights and wonderful holiday music! 

I love this cowl neck sweater so much that I have it in a few different colors.  It's long enough that you could even wear leggings with it if you want!  And it's currently ON SALE FOR LESS THAN $30!  This stripe tissue turtleneck is the PERFECT layering piece!  I like it so much because it's thin enough that it doesn't get too warm!  And I can guarantee that you will wear it year after year!

Hello everyone!

Only 1 1/2 days until Christmas!!  :)  How has your week been?  We've been super productive and relaxed over here - which has been great!  We've gotten a lot done this week, but have definitely squeezed in lots of relax time and sleep :).

I've been wearing a lot of neutrals and pastels lately.  They just make me feel really chic and feminine.  I love this blush turtleneck that I got last year.  I wear it all the time, because it's super warm and cozy.  I linked a few similar ones here and here!  I recently paired these earrings with it that are also from last year, and they go together so well!  I linked two other pairs here and here that I just love! Especially the second pair!

Happy Monday!  Although it doesn't really feel like a Monday to me, since it's Winter Break! yay! :) How was your weekend? I have officially finished my Christmas shopping!  Finally, I know.  Nothing like waiting until the last minute.  The malls were crazy this weekend, but I can finally say I am D-O-N-E! :)

I am so excited that Christmas is only a few days away, because that means I get to see all of my family and friends from back home!  It has been way too long!  My boyfriend and I will be making the trip there in a few days.  His family doesn't have their get together until sometime in January because of everyone's crazy schedules, which is good so we are able to make both! 

Purple is my favorite color, but I don't typically wear a lot of purple.  I really love this cardigan and scarf combo, though!  The scarf is on SUPER SALE right now!  I found it for less than $13.00 - such a steal!  And this is honestly one of my favorite cardigans because it is so warm and comfy.  It's also on sale right now for 40% off.  You can never have too many cardigans!

Happy Friday!

I am officially on Winter Break!! (*insert happy dance here!*) Yesterday was filled with lots of craziness and fun things at school!  I will miss my kiddos over the next few weeks, but will definitely enjoy the downtime.  I feel like I need a few weeks to regroup and get ready for the second half of the school year!

I am hoping to finish my Christmas shopping this weekend...finally!  I guess I don't really have a choice since Christmas is a WEEK FROM TODAY!!!  I promise, I am typically never this last minute.  I'm starting to get a little stressed about it.  I normally do most of my shopping online, but looks like I'll have to try to brave the crowds this weekend or early next week to get my shopping complete!  Wish me luck! :-/

This outfit was a lot of fun, because it mixes some fun elements.  I absolutely love this leather jacket from Express...so much that I also have it in the tan color, too!  It's surprisingly really soft and comfortable, which is probably why I love it so much.  This plaid scarf also adds a lot to this outfit.  I think it helps soften the leather jacket, so it would be a perfect transition piece if you aren't typically a leather jacket person.

Happy hump day!  How is your week going?  Tomorrow is our last day of school with kids for the week!  I'm ready for some Winter Party craziness! Then, it's relax time for a few weeks!  To say I'm looking forward to it is an understatement! 

You've probably seen this ASOS scarf before because it is so popular.  I finally decided to get it myself, and let me just tell you I am in love with it!  The orange and blue colors are so pretty, and it is super good quality!  It's fairly thick, but I'm okay with that because it's so warm!  It's ON SALE for $23, so I would definitely get it now before it's sold out!

Happy Monday, everyone!

How was your weekend?  My boyfriend and I had a nice, relaxing weekend.  It was necessary in order to prepare for the craziness this week is guaranteed to bring!  The weather here is ridiculous for December - like ridiculously amazing!  Seriously, the temperatures hit 70 degrees!  Did I mention it's December?! Craziness.

There are officially 4 days of school left until Winter Break!  Here's to hoping I'll survive this week!  ;)  But really, it will be such a fun week at school.  We are having holiday theme days each day, so it will be great to see all of the festive outfits the kiddos will wear!

I recently got this Sole Society leopard clutch that looks identical to this Clare V. clutch that is on every girl's wish list.  And it is only $40!! Compare to what the Clare V. clutch is, this price is unreal.  This faux fur vest is really fun, too.  It's super lightweight and will dress up any outfit. The exact one I am wearing is no longer available, but I linked a similar one here!
