Hello everyone!  

Happy Friday! What a week it's been!  I've never been more thankful for a weekend and a little break.  This time of school year is always crazy busy!  But, it'll all be worth it in the end.  I'm hoping for a relaxing weekend and a short break from this cold, winter weather.    

I'm obsessed with the little heart details in this portofino shirt.  This exact one is not longer available, but I linked a few other ones that I love here and here.  Honestly, I love all of the portofino shirts from Express.  They are such good quality, and they come in so many different colors!  You really can't go wrong!  Also, these are the best over the knee boots!  They're fairly comfortable, and I never have had a problem with them falling down.  I highly recommend!

Did you have a good weekend?  My boyfriend and I had a nice, relaxing weekend.  We had dinner with some friends Saturday night, then church on Sunday!  We also started watching the Netflix series "Making a Murderer."  Have you watched it?  I was hesitant to start it since I've been hearing so many mixed opinions about it.  Everyone told me that I would just be so upset while watching it, so I wasn't really sure if I even wanted to bother.  But, my curiosity got the best of me! I'd love to hear your thoughts on it! 

This outfit is pretty simple and casual, but that's why I love it!  This turtleneck dress is so soft and warm, and it's less than $20!  Also, this is a retailer that I trust and have ordered multiple items from.  I haven't had an issue at all.  I have always been such a fan of Baublebar and their amazing accessories - they are such great quality and seem to last forever!  This Firestone Collar is a current fave!  I love that it's a neutral color that can be worn with so many things!  For me, it was a no brainer!

Happy hump day! :)  How has your week been?  Mine seems like it is flying by!  But I'm not complaining. ;) We've had some frigid temps here in Ohio this week, so I've been layering up as much as possible!  I've been dreaming of warm weather, sun, and beaches.  I'm feeling like I should have tried a little harder to plan a vacation over spring break.  
Until then, this faux fur vest is perfect for this cold weather!  I loved pairing it with my FAVORITE over the knee boots.  I highly recommend these!  They are pretty comfy, but I did size down a half size.

Happy Friday!!

How was your week?  Can you say WEEKEND?! :) I think it's safe to say I got a little too used to having nothing to do over Winter Break!  This first week back to school was a little rough, but we survived! I'm definitely looking forward to relaxing again this weekend and catching up on some sleep! 

I love when you can add just one simple item to an outfit, and it changes it completely!  This black fur vest definitely does that for me.  The one I'm wearing is no longer available, but I linked two other ones I love here and here!  Also, let's talk about these over the knee boots...can you say *swoon*  I just love them!  And they are actually pretty comfortable too.  I've been keeping my eye out for a grey pair I love just as much!
